Press the buttons lots of times until it's near enough, that's what I did and a splendid afternoons entertainment it was. However now I put the key in the disco dash it reads " Hello Dave" :ermm:

I think you have to press button A while releasing button 2 four times anti-clockwise in sucession using only your left hand on a Tuesday. Of course if the display was previously set to metric and/or Southern hemisphere time, button A is in the position of button 1 and the polarity of button B is reversed. Left and Tuesday is fixed, while anti-clockwise only changes south of the equator, anything else would be trying to cram too many functions into too few buttons and therefore silly!

Leave it set to BST and subtract one in winter!

Trouble starts when you find yourself on the other side of the channel, best change it today, it's Tuesday after all!

Masking tape and marker pen to tell you how much to add/subtract?

That's the answer to the name of the luggage space that is neither in front nor for travelling on ocean liners: It's the pod bay.

So a note for myself:

1) Turn on bike

2) Left and right together until 1, 2 or 3 comes up

3) Left again

4) Right enough times

5) Left again

6) Turn off bike

Top Tip

If you just ride it in summer there is  no need to adjust the clock.

Just put some masking tape over the clock section and write the time on it. Its correct twice a day. Only look at it then :baby:

KingJames and this is just why --my clock as never been correct--- most members think it's easy to change the clock's time-- just use the time on your sat nav

Art thanks for the PDF -- I will try again for the 1003 time to adjust my clock--it's really nice to have some more helpful forum members--rather than taking the Mickey all the time :baby:

The NC is relatively easy to do (it only took me about 10 minutes).

The Suzuki Bandit is now also correct, it's so difficult to do, that it was an hour ahead all winter. It's always Summer Time on the Bandit. (The speedometer once spent a weekend on KPH, until my son changed it back for me).
