He would make a great presenter on Top Gear! :D

That is possibly a bit harsh as he is a decent enough type, not full of himself, and can talk fluently without a script - unlike Clarkson and crew, though I'm not sure what their replacements are like as I don't watch it.  However, he is definitely not a details man, but should realise that most bikers (though in my experience not BMW owners!) are keen to know all the specs and technical details when reading/watching a review, so I think he should do a little more homework before taking a bike out.

PS:  watching the review made me quite nostalgic for the DCT!

Oddly enough, I’ve been a bit nostalgic over the DCT myself (sigh). Yes, as you say, a decent enough bloke.

Are we likely to see a blue & white Bonnie advertised on here soon then?😀😀

Very nice I would like it with the Triumph half fairing though. Sadly I don’t think it would fit me these days.

I know. My mind is writing cheques that my poor old body can’t cash! :D

I see a test of the X alongside an Africa Twin on Ride magazine. They started off very luke warm about it, but it eventualy grew on them.

The trouble with Missenden Flyer is that he doesn't research what he's testing. In this video he says that the "sport button alters the gear ratios", which is of course wrong.

In a previous test of a Yamaha T-Max DX he completely omitted to mention that it had belt final drive.

I think he's a wannabe TV presenter.  Although he can talk fluently, I think he waffles on too much - too many words and not enough real content.  I don't find his reviews particularly helpful, although I don't object to him, like I do some other YouTube prima donnas.

Looks nice. Honda are on a roll with this. I can see the x-adv under pinnings in there. Different coat and same rubbish top box. It'll almost certainly be chain driven too, which will put off many scooterists. It's the only thing that stops my x-adv being a 10 out of 10 bike for me. Belt drive would be great in this configuration.
