I just noticed yesterday that the HISS LED doesn't flash anymore when I remove the key.
HISS system must be working OK since I can start the engine.

Any idea before I bring the bike to the dealership ?

It's in the manual:
- put your key in the ignition,
- turn on the power (but don't start)
- hold the button to the left of the display for 2 seconds or longer.
-> you're HISS ligth should blink again when you take out the key.

My HSS light also stopped working and it was an easy fix as per the instructions above. On reflection I don't think it will have just stopped working on it's own it will have been me pressing the buttons on the dash incorrectly that caused it.

I found the hard way that when reinitializing the odometers by holding the button to the right it is easy to do it wrong and hold the left button instead, which will cause the HISS led to stop flashing

I am pretty sure I stopped it when resetting a trip counter using the wrong button. Haven't checked though.

Thanks a lot ! I'll save the kilometres to the dealership and the resulting shame

Lool, I also keep doing this. Luckily, it's very easy to fix.

No, there is no problem. When the ignition is turned off it will flash once every 2 seconds for 24 hours and then it stops automatically.

Looks like an alarm system is active though, may deter some people from wheeling it away!
