All joking aside, it was a bloody good bike. :)

God, I wish they wouldn't do that.  The chassis dynamics of a trike with the single wheel at the front are terrible: they are far too prone to flipping over when braking and/or cornering.  The proper way to do it is to have the two wheels at the front, Morgan style.

I agree Steve. I had a very short spin on a Goldwing trike and the bloody thing nearly killed me after catching a back wheel on a badly filled roadworks trench at low speed. I never never will ride one of those spawn of Satan contraptions again.:badmood:

Kelly's Dad tried one - hated it for same reason.

Talking of more power (never a bad thing, eh? :) ) Percy is now tucked up in a quiet corner of the shop waiting for a free bench..

The usual occupants of the workshop, just having the finishing touches applied before being shipped of to Australia (the guy in the photo is ‘Phil’, he’s the new ‘Simon’ :D ).

I take it from the colour schemes that they are all Suzukis😀😀

In a crazy way, the original DN01 could either fade into valueless obscurity - or become a highly collectible quirk of early DCT

Is that definitely a new DN-01? Looks like an older bike to me. There are too many old fashioned looking elements (headlights that aren't LED, non wavy disks, yellow indicator lenses rather than clear lenses with coloured bulbs etc) and, surely, if they did revive this thing the NC750 engine would be used not a bespoke 680cc engine. Honda are all about reusing cycle parts and engines across the range to keep costs down....Well, that's what I think anyway!

Cheers

Possibly the Deauville engine as in the original if it’s not meant for Europe. The fairing also looks different.

:)

When I found out Morgan were starting to make the three wheeler again I thought one would be a great alternative to my two wheel pleasures, until I found out they were £40k which was too rich for me as I was  saving hard for retirement at the time. Still like them though. :)

Just seen another video by the same guy which is about the 2019 colour scheme for the VFR800X. The scheme includes the word Interceptor which is how it’s know in the USA so maybe the DN-01 is a Stateside model.
