According to Yuasa isn’t a direct replacement but many guys have installed it without known problems so far.

Might be worth a quick check of the list here

https://www.tayna.co.uk/motorcycle-batteries/types/ytz14s/

The std Yuasa YTZ14S is rated at 230A cold cranking Amps. Many of the cheaper options are 150A. Perhaps worth considering paying a little more for a Varta or similar.

I went from one of these as a replacement - https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/248963

There is 10 % off sportsbike shop at the moment, just sign up for their email.

It came charged IIRC however I needed a new charger as the car battery was needing a top up every now and then, I got https://no.co/support/g7200-overview to do both

When checking the fittment lists none match or mentiont the Nc range I've found d this to be the case on lots of different parts. Why?

I like the lithium option but that would mean 2 new maintainers as I don't thi k my oxford 900 are compatible with lithium ☹

That's what I have on my Integra and SV650, no issues so far (couple of years). I also bought them from that retailer, I've had a lot of stuff from them, always excellent service.

(for info, they also do genuine OE oil filters for the big4 Jap bikes at decent prices too, I usually get a couple every time they do a 10% discount offer for me).

Note that it can be acceptable to use a regular lead-acid charger on these LiFePO4 batteries PROVIDING it doesn't use a de-sulphation mode or the voltage rises above 15V.

Shido have a tech document saying this. Having said this I bought an Optimate Li charger so I don't have to worry about it at all.

It might be of use to someone to know that the LTZ14S Shido is actually a lower height than a Yuasa YTZ14S and it comes with spacer blocks to raise it up so it fits the same, the retaining strap and cable runs etc work the same. This is useful in that I was able to fit a LTZ14S battery in the SV650 which has a lower type (YTZ10S) by fitting it without the spacers, thus I get the better battery performance.

Three things to consider perhaps.

One, you can use a regular lead-acid charger (as per my above post, made at the same time as you posted), just need to keep an eye on the voltage.

Two, LiFePO4 batteries don't lose charge as quickly as lead-acid, plus they don't mind being flat or nearly flat which would kill a lead-acid battery.

Three, you can get a lot of charge into them very quickly if they do go flat for any reason, so a few minutes on a charger will be enough to then start the bike, and once running it will fully charge the battery much quicker than a lead-acid can.

The weight benefit is really remarkable, the LTZ14S is 1/4 the weight of the YTZ14S, one kg vs 4kg. The first one I bought arrived in a box and I thought they'd forgotten to put a battery in when they packed it.

Downside is the cost, and theoretical lower Ah capacity, though in real life that's not as much as it appears, you can use all the charge of a LiFePO4 battery at almost full delivery rate whereas a lead-acid gets very tired below 1/2 charge. I compare it to pouring water out of a bottle vs squeezing water out of a sponge.

Dont use a car charger on the bike  , generally they charge too high normally about 4amp bikes take  about 1 to 1.4

Think there is a motorcycle mode and now the battery is lithium I use the lithium setting as it can take more whack, but agree with the trickle nature of bike batteries
