scottiedoug 126
I changed the anti freeze on my 2015 NC750X-DCT. It is very easy. Take the engine cowel off and tucked way up behind the exhaust is the coolant engine drain. Look out for the wee grub screw on the radiator filler cap. Once drained replace drain plug behind the exhaust. Now loosen off the header tank and empty that. Replace it and fill with fresh anti freeze. Now fill the radiator and give it time to bubble and drain into the water jacket, once the anti freeze level is stable replace tha radiator cap and screw in the wee grubb screw. Start the bike up and keep running engine till fan comes on. Well done job done. the wee grub screw in rad cap . Link to post
trisaki 2,029
Keep checking level over a few weeks and when you eventually use it for a long ride check again , did you use a non silicate antifreeze as recommended which are generally pink 2 Link to post
