12v socket on Integra not working!

I have a Integra, which I bought on 3/9, but the 12v socket under the seat is not working. Is there a separate fuse for this socket?. I have checked all of the fuses under the cover at the front of the bike and they are all fine.

Without appearing patronising or offensive - are you checking it with the ignition switched off or on? I am assuming that it only functions with the ignition on.....

i think rev ken is right, i have an integra and the 12v socket only works when the ignition is switched on , i am sure it tells you in the manual somewhere

If I fit a socket, I think I will make it permanently live. There are things you might want to charge when you are off the bike (maybe a phone or camera while you are sleeping in your tent. Also if the socket is switched you can't use it for 'optimising' your battery with a charger.

I guess Honda's thinking is that there is too much danger of you leaving something with high draw switched on then finding when you go back to the bike that the battery is flat.
