Help with repairing

Hello. After 1 week after my first mile a have some troubles. Ыщьу guy put me on the left side at the intersection while i waiting for a turn. So i broke some parts (11, 12) and lost some (13 14 15). I want to repair the damage himself, but did not know how. Part 11, or damaged, stay inside, and yet it must be removed. Tell how and what to do? Parts 11-15 and 25, I already have on hands.
