First inspection/service

Booked in the first inspection as I hit 600 miles.

 

It's £100?!

 

I thought this wasn't a chargable service, but an inspection... Can anyone clarify?

It's an oil and filter change, with a check and adjust as required on other basic stuff.

Some dealers will include it in the deal for the bike, most won't.

You're in London..... £100 sounds about right for an hour labour, oil and filter.

That's pretty much the standard charge, although I've managed to wrangle it into the deal when I've bought my last 3 bikes. Double check your invoice - the salesman may have included it without the service department knowing.
