2016 Colours touch up paint

Does anyone know what paint code the silver is on the 2016 models. Also where can u get them. Managed two big scratches on 2nd day of ownership.

should be on the V5, if not on the 2015 model they are on the rear frame tube by the rear seat hinge.

Does anyone have an update on the paint codes - in particular the silver wheels as my rims have been scratched by a suspension specialist.

If you get stuck trying to find a paint match.......

I have found with classic cars that the original paint faded over the years so the code said 0512  Ruby Red. I order that and when I used it it was two shades too dark.  So now I take the car or bike wheel etc to a car auto refinishing shop, they have a gizmo which is placed onto the painted item and it reads the colour and gives them a mixing number. Much better than looking at paint chip cards for a match. They can then mix up an exact match for me to spray or even make up a rattle can for small jobs or a bottle of touch up. It works out cheaper than buying a duplicate can from the main high street retailer which is a near enough match only at best.  Worth trying if you get stuck .

I went to Halfords and fortunately found that their single pen touch up paint called 'aluminium' is a very close match.
