Suspension adjustment?

Does anyone know how to adjust the front or rear suspension? Is it adjustable at all for preload, compression or damping?

This is for 2012 700 X.

I've looked in the owners handbook and the workshop manual but not found any references.

Front - no.

Rear - some adjustment with a 'C' spanner, but not a huge amount.

Which workshop manual - you mean you've got a printed Honda book ?

yes, one of those.

If you find that you aren't happy with the suspension you may need to follow in the tracks of a number of others and change the rear shock or change springs/fork oil etc at the front.  There are a number of threads on what people have done and their varying degrees of success.......
