Juggler 107
Hello! This weekend lubed front wheel and occasionally opened front forks and decided to change an oil in them. I have a 700 service manual, but not 750. What is correct 750x fork oil level? same as 700x 104 mm from above fully compressed? And another concern is that OEM oil level was ~111-114 mm for some reason on both forks? Is 750x different? Fork is not leaking at all, I'm sure about it. And I have 22 kkm on paved roads mostly. Trumpet 216
To be honest the difference is so small as to not make a difference. You can adjust oil levels to your own taste to a certain extent to adjust your suspension, but if you go too far and put too much in, you will blow the seals. You need to make sure there is still an air gap when the forks bottom out. Edited March 15, 2017 by Trumpet Link to post
