Blank key

Anyone with ideas where to look for a blank key for 2016 X? This is different from the previous models. No need to have a chip since it will be used only for the frunk and panniers and not for starting the bike. I could order a Honda oem one but i am finding it hard to pay £50ish without postage to Malta!

I got mine from Timpsons in the UK, not sure if they do mail order.

They used the blank for the Honda car, it doesn't have the central grooves on each side but works fine to open the trunk.

I'm sure any key cutting place will do them.

Can t find the key on their site. Does it have a code of some sort?

I got mine done in local market from a key stall, took the key and he matched it to one of his blanks.

I tried to do that but they did not have a blank one matching my key. I also tried to search on that site and while there are a few blanks matching the pre-16 models there are none for the newer models. They suggested to search the net and offered to cut the key i would bring them.

I went to lots of local key places and no one would do. I went to a specialist garage that does replacement keys for mercs and bmw and he made one up there and then for about £20.
