Guest StevieR
Hi all, I have had a quick search around but can’t find any previous info on this. I have a 2014 700x. I have had it for 11 months. Tonight , I noticed that once the ignition was turned off and the key removed , the fuel gauge was showing one bar., (on constantly ) I cant say that I have noticed this before therefore I cannot be sure that it has always been like this. The display works as normal once ignition on, engine started etc. Anyone else experience this? Is this normal? Or do I have a problem? Any advice/ideas very much appreciated. Cheers Steve Link to post
neil700 72
Hey Stephen. It is printed on the display so that when the last LCD bar starts to flash it is more obvious. Link to post
Jeffprince 4,921
As Neil says, the red image of one bar appears to have been permanently printed on the screen, which makes it remain visible after ignition is off. In use, the red line makes the last bar more visible. It's normal... Link to post
Guest StevieR
Thanks guys. Really don’t know why I haven’t noticed this in all these months. Phew! At least I know that I haven’t messed up any electrics whilst wiring up some Cree driving lights! Thanks again Link to post
