Not really if you've been well trained and are interested in what you're doing.

Most of it is pretty simple. Just take your time and don't get stressed. No difference to mechanical fettling.

I reckon medical work is easier than mechanical - if you get it wrong your patient 'disappears'. If you get it wrong when repairing or servicing your bike - it just sits there until you admit defeat and have to do something about it.

Like brain surgery Rev , get that wrong and he don't complain anyway , get it right your a hero 😀. That's why they have some one else put them to sleep . Give them the blame........😇
