Adjusting the brake pedal

Anyone know if and how the brake pedal can be lowered.  I put lower foot pegs on the bike and need to lower the pedal.

Never having needed to do it myself, but I think you can adjust the push rod that connects the master cylinder to the brake pedal. You my have to disconnect the pin that holds the rod to the pedal.

No disconnection needed. Just undo the locknut and turn the pushrod.

IIRC turning it clockwise as you look at it, lowers the pedal, anticlock, visa versa.

Depending on how much lower the pegs are, you may not have enough adjustment though.
