Factory installed roadlight switch under instrument cluster

Honda NC700XA model.  I have a backlit on/off switch for my factory road lights underneath the instrument cluster.  Does anyone know how to raise it or remove it?  The factory has it turned 180 degrees wrong, facing the wrong way.  It's bugging me and I want to correct. 

 

On Page 2-27 of the owner's manual it has a picture of the headlight panel.  In the line drawing, item number 11 is the panel that the switch is located on, on the top.

 

In Vietnam where I am located, the Honda dealership will not work on my bike, nor carry/sell parts.
