Chain adjusters

Hi I am not a stranger to adjusting chains but my NC adjusters are driving me mad , I can’t get em to line up on both sides ones always 2mm out with the other 1 tight 1 slack

Leave a little tension on the nut so the adjuster needs a little force to pull the wheel. Much easier and nothing goes loose. Not too much, just have some friction.
