Recall now available in UK

After posting re my throttle problems (snatchy and stalling) I was informed by an NC750x DCT user in Germany that Honda had issued a Euro recall to update the ECU. I passed this on to my UK dealer. The remap is now available in the UK and I had mine done yesterday.

Got mine booked for the 20th, not that I have noticed a problem.

I popped in to my dealers the other day to book the bike in but they did it there and then and it took about 25 minuets.

 

It is early days yet but it does seem to be running smother .

Which dealers was that Via Moto in Sheffield want bike for a full 1/2 day

I booked mine in a month ago for the 17th next Monday...first chance they had in the workshop. I can not even get my oils changed as they are so busy

 No it was Miles Kingsport who I have used from 1976.

My dealer reckons an hour to an hour and a half to do the job.

I suppose they would normally have to fit it in with other jobs but as it was the bank holiday Monday that I went in, perhaps they did not have as much work booked in that day.
