Andy m 23,729
Welcome to the forum. First questions/thoughts: Have you checked everything is bolted up, caliper to forks, axle ect? Are the wheel bearings OK. I would removed the calliper and make sure the pads are free to slide on the pins and two parts of the calliper are freely moving. The wear on both pads should be the same and even front to back. Andy 1 Link to post

Or Try hard braking from 60mph a couple of times this may help, if not change brake pads to EBC HH, and clean the disc with emery paper. The new 750 I had the front brake was grabby and sounded like gravel in the pads. Edited July 23, 2022 by skorpion Link to post

You will leave bits of emery embedded and these will contaminate the new pad. Better just to work up to a some hard stops and let the pad clean up the disc. Andy Link to post
