Coolant replacement?

I've had my Integra for over a year and a half now and I've no idea when the coolant was last changed. It's got 80,000 km on it and I've been doing oil changes about every 5000km. Does anyone have any hints or tricks to do the coolant job without have do remove so much of the fairings?

Thanks for the video, it's super easy on the standard NC! But, I have to remove most of the lower fairing panels and foot boards to get to any of the parts or get a spanner in there?

Coincidence - just bought a 2012 Integra 700 and no record anywhere of coolant change but masses of videos on 700/750 X's, only help I can find is a youtube vid of 'how to remove nc700 front panels'. Once right one off , I believe you can just dig in there as per X's! - unless someone puts us right!
