Service schedule for air filter replacement

Can anyone please assist me, I am looking for the recommended time scale on when to replace your air filter on a new NC750X.

 

I don't have the bike manual myself as my bike is on order but interested in when the change is due.

16,000 mile intervals, less if you live in a desert apparently, pig of a job.

Yes Honda say 16K miles  mne seem to last 20+

It not a bad job you need to remove :-

Battery cover, both coulered upper pannels, loses the black pannel beneth them and remove the blak center pannel with the lock

You can now reach all 6 screws witha LONG screwdriver and after removing the air tempaturer sensor the box lid comes out with the filter attached, yes it is fiddly but not hard !
