tc3 1,095
I would like to adjust my shift pedal so it sits higher to enable me to use my better bulkier boots. Anything I need to know about adjusting it? I can see 2 nuts on the linkage but not sure what the procedure is. Can anyone shed some light as do not want to screw anything up Link to post
Slowboy 20,653
Undo both nuts between the ball joints, one is left hand thread the other right hand, then just rotate the shaft until you get the pedal where you want it. Don't overdo it though otherwise there won't be much thread in the joints. You can also take off the bit on the end of the gear shift shaft, you will have to fully remove the bolt and turn the round by a spline or two for more coarse adjustment. I died this to mine when I fitted dropped foot pegs. (Don't forget to tighten it all up after...) Link to post

Guest duk2n
As already explained by slowboy. The first method is good if you just want to adjust it some milimeters. The second is better (and easies) if you want to adjust it more than one centimeter Link to post
