Guest theweirdfoton
Just wondering if someone could tell me the knack for removing the bottom (or is it top?) part of the exhaust. Basically the part near the foot peg, I think its more of a guard than part of the exhaust. Hopefully you know which part I mean. Has a very obvious screw but something else keeps it attached and rather than yank it about I thought I would ask first. I basically want to autosol the exhaust and remove a tiny yellowish tint and the job is far easier with this piece removed. Thanks in advance. Link to post
Slowboy 20,560
Undo the screw and slide it rear wards, it wil need a bit of a yank or a wiggle, technical terms,( gently mind!) to release the rubber tang from the clip that holds it. It's just as much fun getting it back in... Link to post
