I need to get some repair work done on the rim of my Triumph's rear wheel - Does anyone have any views on Maidstone Motorliner who say on their website that they can check rims as well as cosmetically repair them (It's a big cast alloy wheel)

Thanks

Mike

Hi Mike, I don't have personal experience of the firm - or their work - but they've been around a very long time, which is normally a good sign..

Not used them but have read and heard very good things about them

None available on the bay or a breakers? I'm always a bit delicate about repairs to cast wheels.

Well established firm, used them years ago for a wire wheel build (unfortunately they stopped doing that to concentrate on the frame straightening ), haven't used them for repair work but know people who have and report they know what they are doing.
