Paul, I've been using them for 5 years now. It doesn't need constant adjustment, it's not that sensitive. My best set up is 1.5 turns out from fully in, and about a quarter turn either side of that if it's not enough/too much. The reservoir normally lasts about 300 miles when it's running ok, give or take around 20 miles either way. On my CRF 250 Rally it's mounted on the handlebars. A bit greater "head" than where it was mounted on my NC (by the rear footpeg) but it's set up the same and seems fine over the last 3000 miles. Link to post
