Is my front bearing shot

I lubed the chain with gear oil and took it for a ride. I tried turning off the engine while the bike was running but didn't hear some excessive noise which should the case if the bearing is damaged (if I am not mistaken)? There is still clicking sound but it's a bit less noticable so I assume the neglect of the chain during the winter might have caused this.
