Huskyteer 1,091
I use a dealer, usually Honda of Bournemouth where I bought it, for the big services (16k, 32k etc), and my local mechanic for the oil-change-and-a-checkup ones in between. One dealer told me I should go to Honda for all the services as the bike needs to be plugged in to their computer for bug checks/updates, but I take this with a pinch of salt. Link to post

I would too. There aren't any "updates", it is what it is. If there are faults that need something doing it will flag the "check engine" MIL lamp. Otherwise just routine servicing, ride and enjoy. The only thing I'd suggest in addition though is try the DCT initialisation procedure if you find the clutch engagement at all jerky, it worked wonders on mine, it's free and requires no tools, just push the buttons. Alice, did you ever have any further issues with the DCT faults or is it behaving itself? Link to post
Huskyteer 1,091
It still happens occasionally; I'll go months without an incident and then have it happen twice in a week, so who knows? Link to post
