generic back brake problem

Sorry about reviving an old post. I have just bought a used Honda Silverwing 600 and the rear brake caliper has the same problem that I had with my NC700S. That is, the mounting pin was out of line and appears bent. I bought a used caliper off the internet and it cured the problem. Seems that the NC's are not the only bikes to suffer this problem - it seems to be a Nissin problem rather than a Honda problem.
